Leadership

Hartland Robotics strives to build strong leadership skills among their students and teams. There are different leadership opportunities at each grade level for robotics. At the high school level, students can help mentor/lead middle school and elementary school teams. They may also be able to lead sub-groups focused on programming, building, CAD and more. At the middle school level, students can mentor/lead elementary school teams and work with parents and coaches to take ownership of outreach events or team tasks. At the elementary school level, older students on teams often become natural leaders and this is encouraged and nourished.
